Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and IELTS X (“we”, “the site”). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

IELTS X is an online practice platform for the IELTS exam: reading, listening, writing and speaking practice, full tests, articles, vocabulary and progress tracking. Some materials are free; others need a paid plan.

IELTS X is an independent practice service. It is not connected with, endorsed by or part of the British Council, IDP or Cambridge University Press & Assessment, who own the IELTS exam and trademark. Bands shown on the site are practice estimates, not official IELTS results.

2. Your account

• Give a real name and an email address you can use. One account is for one person.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Do not share your account or a paid plan with other people.
• We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing it, copying materials or attacking the site.

3. Plans and payment

• The plans (Standard, Max, Ultra), what each includes and their prices in Uzbek soʻm are shown on the Plans page. Prices may change; a change never affects a plan you have already paid for.
• When you choose a plan you get an order code. Pay as described on the Plans page and send us the code. Your plan is turned on after the payment is confirmed. Buying again while a plan is active adds the new time to it.
• A plan lasts for the number of months you paid for. It does not renew by itself.

4. Refunds

If you paid and your plan was not turned on, write to us with your order code and we will turn it on or return the payment. For other refund requests write to us within 3 days of payment; each request is reviewed individually, taking into account how much of the paid material has already been used.

5. Acceptable use

The materials are for your own study. You must not:

• copy, download in bulk, publish, sell or share tests, answers, audio or articles from the site;
• use bots or scripts to collect content, or try to get around locks, limits or payment;
• try to break into accounts, the database or the site, or disrupt it for other users.

6. Content

The design, texts, tests and other materials on the site belong to IELTS X or to their authors and are protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them for study while your account is active.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available and the materials correct, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. The site helps you prepare; your exam result depends on you, and we are not responsible for it. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
